The Essential Marketing Guide for Family Lawyers focuses on a variety of ways family lawyers can generate business through a mixture of new ideas, and a fresh, innovative look at tried and true methods. Topics covered include: the importance of effective marketing, strategic planning, branding excellence, how to be client focused, how to get more referrals, tips on creating and promoting a winning website, Internet marketing basics, and a look at emerging opportunities like social media and mobile marketing.

The Essential Marketing Guide for Family Lawyers also includes links to free resources that are designed to deepen learning and understanding. These resources are available on the Divorce Marketing Group website, and include how-to articles, excerpts from marketing books written specifically for legal professionals, and more.

"When I started Divorce Marketing Group 14 years ago, most family lawyers weren't interested in marketing -- now most are," notes Divorce Marketing Group's CEO Dan Couvrette. "However, these days, most marketing guides out there aren't designed for family lawyers. As a result, the material is confusing, impractical, or just plain irrelevant to them. The Essential Marketing Guide for Family Lawyers is the solution to this. It gives family lawyers a clear, efficient and simple roadmap through the world of offline and online marketing. It's the trusted resource they'll use for years, again and again."

The Essential Marketing Guide is available now for purchase on the Divorce Marketing Group's website. Immediate (pdf) download is available at $14.99 and hard copies are available for $19.99 plus shipping and handling.

Cheryl Cole To 'Divorce With Dignity' - Post Chronicle

Posted: 19 Apr 2010 07:02 AM PDT

Cheryl Cole, the 'Fight for This Love' singer - who split from her soccer star spouse Ashley Cole in February following allegations he had cheated on her with several women - is reportedly planning to take control of legal proceedings in order to end her marriage amicably.

A source told the Daily Mail newspaper: "There are no divorce lawyers yet, Cheryl wants to do everything on her own terms.

"She is speaking to Ashley, they are texting - she even calls him babe - but as much as she loves him, there is no way back. This is divorce with dignity, it is Cheryl's style.

"When it happens, it will be quick, quiet and painless."

The 26-year-old beauty - who is not planning to start proceedings until after the soccer World Cup tournament in July - is expected to keep the couple's nine-bedroom home in Surrey, South East England, and wants custody of their pet Chihuahuas Buster and Coco.

The source added: "Any divorce will be away from the public eye and swift.

"It will not be acrimonious and will likely be after the World Cup. All Cheryl wants is her home and her dogs." (c) BANG

Cheryl Cole wants a dignified divorce

cherylashleycole.jpgCheryl Cole, soon to be Tweedy, is still set on divorcing her adulterous husband Ashley, and reportedly wants the whole, er, affair to be as dignified as possible.

A source said, "There are no divorce lawyers yet, Cheryl wants to do everything on her own terms."

They continued, "She is speaking to Ashley, they are texting - she even calls him 'babe' - but as much as she loves him, there is no way back. This is divorce with dignity, it is Cheryl's style.

And it looks like it won't be happening until the end of the World Cup (or England are knocked out, whichever is sooner).

The source added, "Any divorce will be away from the public eye and swift. It will not be acrimonious and will likely be after the World Cup. All Cheryl wants is her home and her dogs,""
