Singh Johnson is founder and CEO of the 20-year-old telecommunications firm American Business Communications (ABC), according to the company website. It said the company helped its "customers with over $200 million in savings on telecommunications-related services." Prior to starting ABC, she was employed for seven years at Allnet Communications.

The bankruptcy trustee is questioning other donors who have come to Hecker's aid to assure that the money is theirs. Hecker has been accused by the trustee and by a grand jury of hiding assets in his bankruptcy case. He also faces other criminal charges related to the collapse of his auto empire.

Tamitha Hecker's attorney, Becky Toevs Rooney, said that she recently told Quam that the identity of the donor was widely known. Her client's main concern is that the source of the funds be thoroughly vetted to ensure that the 401(k) account is in good standing.

On Friday, Quam granted Hecker's request that $30,000 be advanced from his eventual property settlement with Tamitha Hecker so he can pay his divorce lawyer.

Quam said the $30,000 could come from the $125,000, which has not been put in the 401(k) yet. But if the bankruptcy court determines the $125,000 belongs to the bankruptcy estate, the payment to his divorce lawyers "would be compromised," Quam wrote. He said the bankruptcy claim comes first, divorce lawyers after that.

The Heckers were scheduled for a two-day divorce trial beginning Tuesday, but Quam has instead scheduled a closed-door settlement conference with the Heckers and their lawyers that day. If a trial remains necessary, he said he would reschedule.

The judge also reiterated that Hecker's dire financial situation doesn't absolve him of paying $7,500 in monthly support to Tamitha Hecker.
